    Larry:

This is your friendly repairman.(Jim). Tim and I will be making a trip
down to Texas to try and get some customers taken care of.It would not be
any trouble to come through your way if you would want us to do a Prev-
tative Maintenance Work up on your Pilgrim. What were doing is trying to
line up work the whole way down there and the whole way back if possible.
This trip isn't about the money,it's about letting the people that bought
our units know there will be someone there for them besides the dealer if
they need there unit repaired. There is a substantial difference between what
the dealer would charge you and what we will charge you.We had no idea
how dealers and repair shops charged or treated our customers.Unlike some
dealers and other repair shops even though we didn't know all of the people
that may have bought our units, we still cared. In the factory each and every one
of us not only wanted you and your families to have a safe and well built unit
but we also wanted you to be as proud to own it as we were to build it.We
all knew that you folks were the ones that made it possible for us to put food
on our tables. So going the extra mile to come out and fix our customers units,
is just our way of saying THANKS.We won't just be doing work for the
Pilgrim owners, were going to teach you what little things you can do to make
sure that those big repairs don't arise. These will just be things that maybe
every three or four months you would look for on your unit, and how to spot
a potential upcoming problem. So please let us know.
    Thank You
    Jim Skiles
